Who we are

AuronTech designs and builds websites, web systems and automation for businesses. You can reach us at aurontechsolutions@gmail.com.

Google account access

Our internal application connects only to AuronTech's own Google account. It uses the Gmail API to send our business emails and to read replies sent to us, and the Google Calendar API to manage our own schedule. It does not access the Google account of any other person.

Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to run our own correspondence. It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Business contacts

When we contact a business, we use contact details that the business has published on its own website or in public business directories. We keep the business name, website, public email address and the history of our conversation. Any business can ask us to stop contacting it and to delete its data by replying to our email or writing to the address above, and we will do so.

Website visits

Website previews we build may record a visit (date, page and referrer) so we know whether a preview was opened. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to aurontechsolutions@gmail.com.
